Shop Order Procedures
We require a 35% non-refundable deposit on all custom millwork and shop orders over $3,000. When placing special orders, all necessary information must be COMPLETED WITH A CUSTOMER SIGN-OFF AND DEPOSIT RECEIVED prior to the order being placed.
Andersen Window and Door Order Procedures
All window and door orders must be reviewed, verified and contain a signed customer approval when ordering.
